When will you be making a design for (insert character/fandom)?

I plan to create key fob designs for every playable character in Genshin Impact! However, since new characters are frequently added to the game, it takes time to keep up with the updates.

For other video games and anime, I typically base my designs on my personal preferences. I only design for fandoms that I’ve actively watched or played. However, if you feel strongly about a particular character or fandom and can present a compelling argument (think a well-written, 5-paragraph persuasive essay with citations), I might consider it! :)

When will you restock (this item)?

I make every effort to restock items as frequently as possible, though it can take anywhere from 1 to 2 months depending on demand. All out-of-stock items are restocked during shop updates, unless the design is being discontinued.

Do you make custom items?

For custom items or any related inquiries, feel free to contact me directly. I love challenging myself to create new things, and sometimes those custom pieces end up becoming products that I can share in the shop!

When will my order ship?

I typically ship orders 1-2 times a week, Monday through Friday. Any orders placed over the weekend will be shipped during the following week. If you need to cancel or update any shipping details, please contact me within 24 hours of placing your order so we can resolve it.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order. To get an accurate shipping cost, please add the items you want to your cart and enter your shipping address at checkout. You'll be able to view the shipping options and costs before completing your purchase.

What are your processing times?

Our processing time typically takes 1-2 weeks. This includes preparing your order for shipment and ensuring everything is carefully packed. Please note that processing times may vary depending on order volume or customization requests. You'll receive a notification once your order has shipped!

My tracking information isn't updating.

Sometimes tracking information may take a little while to update after it’s been shipped, especially during busy periods or weekends. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking details to reflect the latest status.

If your tracking still isn't updating after this time, contact USPS directly through their website.

What do I do if my package is missing/lost?

If your package is missing or you believe it may be lost, please first check with your local postal service or carrier, as they may have more detailed tracking information.

If the package is still unaccounted for, please reach out to me with your order number, and I’ll help you investigate the issue. While I cannot control shipping delays or issues once the package leaves my hands, I’ll do my best to assist you and find a solution.

Why does the tracking for my order say, “Return to Sender”?

If your tracking shows "Return to Sender," it typically means there was an issue with the delivery address provided, such as an incorrect or incomplete address, or if the carrier was unable to deliver the package.

Please double-check the shipping address you provided at checkout. If everything looks correct, please reach out to me with your order number, and I’ll assist you in resolving the issue. In some cases, the carrier may return the package, and I can arrange for reshipping once it's received back.

I entered the wrong address on my order.

If you’ve entered the wrong address on your order, please contact me as soon as possible! I can assist in updating the address if your order hasn’t been shipped yet.

Unfortunately, if the order has already been shipped, I'm unable to make changes once it's in transit.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use this tracking number on the carrier’s website to get real-time updates on the status of your order.

If you haven't received your tracking information or need assistance, feel free to reach out, and I'll be happy to help!


Sticker orders shipped with standard, untracked postage will not include a tracking number.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel your order, please contact me immediately.

Cancellations cannot be processed once the package has been shipped. If the package has already shipped you may initiate a return after it arrives. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Exchanges and refunds are only offered for defective items, and requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Please contact me at hello@ludowfresca.com to arrange an exchange or begin a refund if your item arrives defective.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: 

  • Gift Cards
  • Digital Downloads
  • Items marked as "Mystery Bags" or "Sticker Packs"
  • Items marked as "Seconds/B-Grades" 
  • Items purchased at in-person events
  • Custom or personalized items
What is a mystery bag?

A mystery bag is a special, surprise assortment of items from our shop! When you purchase a mystery bag, you’ll receive a selection of products, but the exact contents are kept a secret (even from me!) until they arrive.

It’s a fun way to discover new items, and sometimes you might even receive limited-edition or exclusive products!

Are these items made by hand?

Our key fob wristlets and select scrunchies are carefully handmade! Each product is crafted with attention to detail and quality to ensure you receive something special and unique. As a small business, I take pride in creating and curating every piece with love and care.

How do I clean my item?
  • Key Fob Wristlet: Gently spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid soaking it in water, as this can damage the fabric. Air dry completely.
  • Cotton Scrunchie: Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent. Lay flat to dry to maintain its shape.

    Satin Scrunchie: For best care, hand wash in cold water with a gentle detergent. Lay flat to dry to avoid damaging the fabric and keep it looking smooth.
  • Lanyard: Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. For a deeper clean, machine wash in a mesh bag on a gentle cycle with cold water. Air dry.
  • Pin Banners: Spot clean with a damp cloth. If needed, hand wash in cold water and hang to dry. Avoid wringing or twisting the fabric.
  • Belt Bags: Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. For more thorough cleaning, hand wash in cold water and air dry to maintain the shape.
Can I use heat on my item?
  • Key Fob Wristlet: Avoid direct heat, as it may damage and melt the fabric. If needed, use a low-heat iron with a cloth between the fabric and the iron.
  • Cotton Scrunchie: Heat should be avoided, as it can distort the fabric. If necessary, you can gently steam the scrunchie to remove wrinkles.

    Satin Scrunchie: Satin is sensitive to heat, so it’s best to avoid ironing. If needed, use a cool steam setting or a fabric steamer.
  • Lanyard: Avoid direct heat. If wrinkles occur, use a low-heat iron with a cloth between the fabric and the iron, or steam to remove wrinkles.
  • Pin Banners: You can lightly iron your cotton pin banner on a low heat setting. Be sure to avoid the iron coming into direct contact with any printed designs.
  • Belt Bags: Avoid exposing your polyester belt bag to high heat. Use a low-heat iron if necessary, but place a cloth between the bag and the iron to prevent damage.
What fabric is my item made of?
  • Key Fob Wristlet: Made from a durable, easy-to-clean polyester-based heavy satin fabric.
  • Cotton Scrunchie: Crafted from soft and breathable cotton fabric.

    Satin Scrunchie: Made from luxurious satin charmeuse fabric, known for its smooth, shiny finish.
  • Lanyard: Constructed from a strong polyester material for long-lasting durability.
  • Pin Banners: Made from high-quality cotton fabric, perfect for vibrant, detailed prints.
  • Belt Bags: Made from a sturdy polyester fabric, designed to withstand everyday use while remaining lightweight.
Will washi tape leave residue?

Washi tape is designed to be gentle and removable, so it should not leave any residue on most surfaces.

However, it may leave some sticky residue on very textured or porous surfaces. To avoid this, we recommend testing on a small, inconspicuous area first, especially if you’re applying it to delicate or painted surfaces.

Are your stickers waterproof?

Yes, our stickers are made with UV and water-resistant vinyl, making them durable and able to withstand light moisture and outdoor conditions for 3-5 years. However, to keep them looking their best for as long as possible, we recommend avoiding direct exposure to heavy rain or prolonged water contact.

Are your stickers UV proof?

Yes, our stickers are UV-resistant, meaning they are protected against fading from sunlight. Both our gloss and matte stickers are designed to last 3-5 years outdoors in all weather conditions, with UV protection that helps maintain their vibrant colors over time.

My acrylic keychain/pin/badge reel looks dull.

If your acrylic keychain, pin, or badge reel looks dull, it's likely because the protective plastic sheet has not been removed. Please gently peel off the plastic layer on both sides of the acrylic to reveal the shiny, clear finish underneath. This will restore its vibrant look and allow the design to shine!
